Beautiful apartment in a strategic position, close to clubs, restaurants, beach and bus stop. The apartment has everything you need for cleaning, personal care and cooking (condiments, tools, etc.), it is clean and tidy; equipped with Smart-tv. Yuri is a capable host, very nice and helpful! Congratulations to him!!

Victor is an excellent host. Apartment as advertised. Close to all amenities and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with essential utensils. Beds comfortable. Had booked for two months but due to an unfortunate mishap had to return to Ireland after two weeks for surgery. Victor was very sympathetic and understanding. We were distraught having to forego our extended holiday. I will definitely return to this apartment that is assuming Victor will approve my request. Fifth stay at Margaret's, we feel at home! Some improvements like a new oled TV, a good internet connection... and then always, a dream location and the kindness of Margaret and her daughter whom we met.

We deliberately chose a place to stay in the capital for the first nights in Lanzarote. Our expectations were fully met. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

We loved our time spent here!!! The terrace is absolutely amazing! Clean, comfortable and just like the photos! So many places to walk to, easy parking, ice cold aircon and hot water. Only suggestion would be some basic staples: salt & pepper, olive oil, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Everything else was absolutely perfect and we would gladly recommend this to anyone!

So this was our first time using Airbnb abroad, we've done it in the UK a few times but we didn't want the hustle and bustle of a large hotel like we did last time in Playa Blanca and this place didn't disappoint. It's described as a home away from home, and it was exactly that. It had everything you needed on your doorstep with a short journey to the louder town area. Being a mixed residential and rental complex meant you didn't have any issues at the pool, we got a bed each time we came back in the afternoons and the pool bar were so lovely and friendly. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was very secure with a triple bolt door that made us feel safe leaving items. The hosts were very attentive and gave great local recommendations including hire car which meant we didn't get caught out with high charges for the same thing. We enjoyed it so much, we'll be checking out another of the owners locations to try different places for our next visit.

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Alejandro’s beautiful apartment. We sleep deeply and enjoyed many hours gazing out to the wonderful view. We were in the centre of the resort , its restaurants and shops but it wasn’t noisy . We would highly recommend this apartment.

Daniels place is beautiful, balcony was amazing with great views of the sea and overlooking the pool, place was pristine, beds were comfy. myself and my two daughters loved the swing chair on the balcony and the air-conditioning was a great welcome as it was very hot during the day. we met the lady who lives next door, she has retired out there and is a permanent resident, she is absolutely lovely and a small world as we found out she originally comes from north London and literally lived around the corner from where I grew up, so it was nice to have a great neighbour. Daniels place is a good starting point and we didn't need taxis to get to the strip, it's approximately a 2 mile walk to get all the way down to the end of the strip but obviously do not need to walk that far before finding restaurants and shops, everything starts almost from your door step but far enough to be nice and quiet. there is a lovely restaurant just on the corner down the street a bit, serving amazing food.

Eva’s communication set air BNB newbies minds at rest. Villa Kenia was really well appointed, close to local amenities and perfect for our family holiday. Eva gave us assistance with airport transfers and made us feel very welcome. Playa Blanca is a brilliant resort with lots of lovely dining options at the harbour as well as further into town. I loved the washing machine. I’ve come home with barely any washing to do. I cannot recommend villa Kenia enough and have personally recommended to my friends and family.

Can't compliment Rafa highly enough, by far the most responsive and helpful host I've ever had. The space itself is great, we stayed only two of us and there is ample space (especially on the terrace). Playa Honda is a nice place to be with significantly less tourists, but there are good beaches and restaurants, and only a short walk to bus stops. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Carlos's and Atchen's restaurant (Tasca La Raspa) is so delicious!

Fernando is a very good host and Belén welcomed us beautifully. The house is not missing detail and nearby there are restaurants and a small market to buy what you need. We tour the island from here without difficulty. Fernando gave us flexibility to leave the house adapting to the schedule of the plane back and was in communication with us during our stay. Everything turned out great. Thank you so much

Wonderful location and surroundings, not to top! Access to the house is extremely tedious for female older semesters like us with heavy suitcases, as you have to walk down a steep rocky slope. The contact with Nicolas was straightforward and prompt, immediately supported us when it was necessary. Because of the Los Ajaches, there is already shade at the house from 5 p.m. at this time of year, so a cozy evening on the terrace is rather out of the question. Otherwise a wonderful spot on earth, relaxing and quiet.

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

This place is stunning, villa gorgeous and spotless, with a very comfortable bed- the location is unbeatable- cross a pedestrianised road and you’re on a beautiful beach. Right beside a shopping centre with great shops and restaurants. Safe to walk day or night, along the Promenade which goes all the way to Puerto del Carmen. There is nothing negative I could say about this place and Juan Jesus was a great host, responsive and pleasant.

Great location, part of a great community, supermarket and good restaurants within walking distance. Right next to the sea, can enjoy the sea views from the balcony (what we enjoyed the most! If you drive, you can go to most of the tourist areas within 30mins by car. Very convenient location and good flat. Host is very nice, very responsive.

A great place, central to all the amenities. Clean and well cared for. Host very responsive. Well worth the money. A few Small points: If Ur a poor swimmer the pool is pretty deep tho the kids pool is available. Although there is a nice sea view the photos don't capture your nearer view of the bins at the back of Biosfera. Bins get emptied most days so no problem for us , but might put some folk off.

The apartment is small but nice. It is cozily furnished and the kitchen is really well equipped, so you can easily cook. At check-in, Romina set us up German TV. The balcony is small and not suitable for outdoor dining. The apartment complex is very pretty and the path to the beach and the nearest supermarket is not far. If you want to experience Spain or eat Spanish, however, you have to leave the place, the beach mile is completely British/Irish. The small city beach is very suitable for digging and bathing with young children. The communication with Christian and Romina worked wonderfully and both responded immediately to a small problem. The only drawback is the location of the bedroom. The highway is sometimes quite noisy and the garbage cans are right behind the house. All in all, we felt very comfortable and spent a few really nice days here!

I don't want to say too much,keep it a secret as it's definitely somewhere I'd want to return regularly

It is probably hard to find a better location for an AirBnb / apartment to rent in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The location is indeed very central - 10 minutes by car to the airport in Lanzarote, and in just a few minutes walking distance you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes, stores, pharmacies, beaches and everything else you may need! In addition to that, the apartement has just everything you can imagine for your planned vacation, was extremely clean and convenient. Last, but not least - Margarita is very kind and helpful and provides a great service as a host. Just a small example - because of our flights we had to check in after midnight and of course, flexible check-in was possible, but not only that - Margarita stayed awake until we were all settled and chatted with us to check if all is well. 100 % recommend!

Excellent find, close to the airport, really well situated, close to all amenities, and yet peaceful and quiet, the apartment was exactly what we hoped for, a real gem, beach is right outside the residence, great water sports availability, ideal for walking and cycling. Wide choice of restaurants all close at hand, along with a choice of supermarkets if you are looking just to stay in and chill out. It was a pleasure to visit.

Great place to stay in a gated community with pool, away from the tourist stronghold of Puerto del Carmen. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby shopping, bars and restaurants, as well as the cozy evenings on the balcony with sea views. Clear recommendation!

We Had a wonderful stay in Adrian's beautifully decorated clean apartment with a wonderful large balcony with a mountain and sea view .Perfect location in a quiet relaxing area but only just a couple of mins walk to the strip. Adrian could not have been more helpful with any questions we had and I can't recommend this apartment highly enough 😃. We're greatly looking forward to a return visit in the future ❤️

Tranquil location directly facing the two pools from terrace. Had everything we needed and host was very responsive and flexible with checkout. If back on the island we would use this again and would definitely recommend.
