Very well located in a residential area: 5 minutes from the beach on foot and next to the Deiland shopping center with restaurants, supermarket, cinema and shops. Easy parking. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a smart TV, a terrace with a BBQ, a fan, a washing machine, a kettle, sheets, towels, beach towels, WiFi, Netflix and HBO.
