The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. A bright apartment with balcony on the first floor of an apartment building. A carport is available. The village is quiet and green, good for bike rides and walks. Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A bakery (max. 5 min walk) and also other shopping (DM, Kaufland, Lidl etc.). Feel at home. :-) Enjoy!

You move into a bright apartment on the ground floor, which was recently completely renovated. The bedroom and living room has a smart TV with Netflix.
