Located on the second and top floor of a small building, our apartment offers you an incredible view! The only horizon is the beach and the emerald green sea…. And the must-have, immediate access to the beach (at the foot of the building) Very cozy, the apartment can accommodate up to five people. It offers you beautiful comfort: a very bright living room. Saint Laurent de la Mer is a residential area by the sea. Located 5 km from St Brieuc train station and 3 km from Le Légué. The 35 m2 studio is less than 50 meters from Les Bleuets beach and the GR34. Refurbished, you have a comfortable living room with its small kitchen area, a bathroom as well as a south-facing terrace for long daydreams. Linens, duvet and towels are available. Four-legged companions accepted if well-behaved and announced.
