This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information on request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper as well as coffee capsules and etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are available to welcome you. Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. The spacious accommodation is suitable for families, friends or couples. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The forest and the golf course (with public restaurant) are 2 minutes by foot. The Ruhr Valley Cycle Trail leads through Neheim-Hüsten, making it ideally suited for cyclists as a stopover. There is a lot to explore by car within half an hour, such as the Sorpe and Möhnetal dams, the old town of Arnsberg and also the historic town of Soest.

Our small historic, listed half-timbered house from 1727 is located just behind the bell tower in the beautifully restored old town of Arnsberg. The house offers 60 m² of living space on three floors and is occupied solely by the guests. A lockable basement offers space for bicycles and other equipment.
