The flat is located in Hotel Olympia, there are two elevators and the possibility to use the washing machine and a dryer in the building. Parking available. High chair and toys upon request. Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. Children's area can be separated by a curtain.

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

Hello dears, Starting in December 2021, you will have the opportunity to book my beloved and lovingly furnished Baltic Sea apartment. The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.

The apartment is about 10 minutes' walk from the beach where are also the high ropes course "High Spirits", a mini-golf and a barbecue place. Bus stops to go into the city and a ferry to Laboe are also very close.
