The house is very nice. The terrace in the back of the house is quiet and overlooks the greenery. It's very relaxing. There is nothing lacking in the house. We had a great weekend.

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

We had a great time at Annick's place, the location is ideal for visiting Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel, there are also hiking trails and beautiful beaches nearby. Thanks to Annick for hosting us.

Comfortable and very quiet accommodation. Coraline and Fred are very available and very responsive. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional.

We had a great time with the family in this beautiful, well-equipped and as described. It is very easy and pleasant to walk to the sea with small children. We recommend this property.

We rented Tiphaine's house for 1 week. We really felt at home. A family of 5 with 3 children, the children also enjoyed it because there is enough to occupy them even in rainy weather. The house is equipped with bcp of games and a games room and enough to take care of reading, almost a library. The location is great, easy access to go to Saint Suliac, Saint Malo, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard... not to mention Tiphaine's welcome, beds made on arrival and its sweetness that adds a real touch of sympathy. Thanks and we'll be back

We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

Excellent stay for 4 adults in this very nice apartment very clean, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Ideal location because very close to the city center on foot. We stayed on weekdays so we didn't get to meet Laurent but the message communication went very well because Laurent is very responsive and we retain this address for next time with great pleasure.

Just as described in the post - breathtaking views of the ocean from all the windows and the gorgeous balcony was a nice plus! We didn't really cook because there were many restaurants nearby..but the kitchen looked well equipped

Beautiful welcome from Jacqueline with beautiful touches. The apartment, superb and well equipped, is very well located, fast city center on foot with all the shops. We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. top accommodation in a beautiful environment. Close to walking trails. View of the exceptional accommodation from the various places on the terrace which is very large. The area is beautiful with many hikes or other things to do (St Malo by sea shuttle for example). Clément is very available and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.
