We offer you a small one-room apartment with kitchen and spacious bathroom in our beautiful home not far from Allgäu, the mountains, the most beautiful lakes of Bavaria and the beautiful Neuschwanstein Castle. 2-room apartment near to lake (200m) and train station in a relaxing location. All shops for daily needs are within walking distance as well as numerous restaurants. The apartment consists of a living/dining area with new kitchenette, sofa bed and access to the south-facing balcony. There is also a bright bedroom with a double bed (160cm). Wi-Fi, large flat screen TV, radio. Own underground parking space. Construction work from March 25! Please clarify your booking for the period in advance!

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

Charming 45 sqm studio apartment on the first floor of an ecological wooden house on Lake Starnberg. Bright, airy ambiance thanks to large patio doors with access to private terrace and garden. The apartment is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200), kitchen with oven and dishwasher, comfortable sofas and 65-inch TV. Remote work is also possible without any problems, as the house has a modern fiber optic connection and Wi-Fi. Pets are very welcome!

The spacious guest room is located in a wooden house in the basement area. In the living area there is an aviary with cute budgerigars. These are sometimes a little louder/more active at dawn. The private fenced small garden with beautiful rustic seating also offers space for compatible four-legged friends. Located directly by the forest, a hike can be started immediately. Located between Garmisch and Munich.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
