Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. A break in the mountains

Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Fantastic living in the idyllic property

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

The separate area with its own entrance offers 18 m2 of space for two people with everything you need, as well as a small terrace with a garden. A covered parking space and a garage for parking and loading bicycles or skis is included.
