My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

The chalet consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, a single loft bed, a crib available, a functional kitchenette, equipped with a dining area, a bathroom independent from the toilet for more comfort. The cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with screens for peaceful nights. Bed, toilet and kitchen linen, cleaning as well as pet reception are available at extra cost.
