This house is very nice and its amenities allow a real stay of disconnection and relaxation The icing on the cake, Morgan is nice and not stingy about the history of his house or to give advice on what to do / see around his home.

The stay was great, the house is lovely. Alan and Tiphaine left the house very equipped ( bikes, beach games, children's games) and we let us use everything. Alan and Tiphaine were very responsive to our questions and were able to be good advice to enjoy our stay.

Very large house, impeccable, very clean, widely provided towels, kitchen with all the amenities you need...and a game room or quiet space upstairs. Ultra easy, friendly communication. Great experience at Pascal's! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: very green and quiet environment, well furnished offering all the necessary comfort with a very well-equipped kitchen, large indoor and outdoor spaces with a very beautiful and large garden. Typical Groix house, in its original condition but well maintained, clean and well located in relation to Locmaria beach. The environment is really very quiet and soothing, perfect for unwinding! The owners are also very available, reachable and the flexibility granted on check-in and check-out times was greatly appreciated!

Very good stay spent in this attic apartment in the heart of Quiberon. Beach, shops, boat.. 5-10 minutes walk. Very nice contact with Sandrine. Details on the rental made during a phone + sms contact. The essentials were provided e.g. dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, condiments, coffee filter.. useful for a 3-day rental. Don't hesitate:)!

Convenient accommodation because everything is within walking distance and close to the beach. Key box system that offers flexibility and autonomy. The parking space right across the street is very nice because it's difficult to park in the city. The accommodation which has 2 bedrooms is convenient and comfortable. bright and pleasant terrace.

This apartment is perfect for a small stay alone or as a couple and in peace. The apartment is a stone's throw away from the city center on foot which is a real plus . Everything is very well explained and I really enjoyed my stay in Quiberon. Would definitely stay there.

Second time we come and the place is really great for a couple. The sea view is amazing, the walks great. There are plenty of restaurants or bars, but honestly, when you have a terrace with a view like this, there's no point in going to lock yourself in a restaurant. We'll definitely be back occasionally because we loved the place.

Simone's place is ideally located a few minutes from the ports of Quiberon and allows you to put the car down and go about its activities in complete tranquility. Simone welcomed us very well even in advance of the proposed schedule, was very kind and welcoming. The Appartement is very nicely decorated and provides everything you need. It is located directly at the beach with a large terrace with sunbeds and a stunning view. There are plenty of restaurants ands shops in walking distance. We had a fantastic time and we can definitely recommend it. Fred was a great host, she gave us a lot of recommendations and was very responsive.

Ideally located facing the sea, a short walk to the fabulous Île Berder and the coastal path. Very quiet residence. Arranging and very friendly host.

good home matches the photos very close to the sea It was a treasure hunt to find in a pouring rain the gate and then the good stairs that lead to the accommodation. We hadn't read the instructions carefully. Once found it was a pleasant stay.
