Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Perfectly located in Nice Port, this is your home in Nice, everything you need for a complete stay down to Nespresso machine and beach towels! *Please note, this apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift* However the stairs help burn off all the amazing food and daily croissants all located at your doorstep, there are some of the best restaurants in Nice in this neighbourhood, the beach an old town is a short 15 minute walk either along the seaside or through the charming old town.

Profitez en famille de ce fabuleux logement qui offre de bons moments en perspective. Il est entièrement équipé pour les familles, dispose d’une place de parking privée, d’une terrasse plein sud avec vue, de la climatisation, de moustiquaires. Il est placé au calme, en retrait de la route. Deux des chambres donnent sur des jardins, idéal pour se réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux. Idéalement situé à moins de 5 minutes de la plage de la réserve et à une dizaine de minutes du tramway.

Quiet residential area but very close ( walking distance) to the city center. Many shops, restaurants close by. Pebble beach almost in front of flat. Direct tramline to airport and citycenter.

Beautiful 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (without elevator) with a balcony facing the sea and the harbor. This flat is located at the bottom of the Castle Hill and a few steps away from the Old Town. Hang out on cafe terraces in the afternoon sun or enjoy the view from the balcony. Before diner, have a cocktail while admiring the sunset on the sea side.
