With approximately 23 square meters, it is the smallest - the "cozy" apartment for one person, be happy for 2, when the 140-bed, he is big enough for you. Rade belongs to the joint municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and access, so the highway exit is easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. The proximity to the Stuivenwald, which is partly already part of Hamburg, gives the place its rural character.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

The townhouse is a new building from 2022 located directly on the park with a lake, playground and football field. From the property, you can go directly into the park. The house is equipped with large windows everywhere. We have 2 children (8 and 5). There are therefore various possibilities for climbing, swinging, romping and many toys.
