Turn of the century/Wes Anderson Inspired converted lower level basement of an 1890s house. Great proximity to Downtown and public transportation, as well as all the cool stuff to do in N Portland. We are a block away from Mississippi Ave. and close to N. Williams and Freeway access to I-5. You will have a private entry from the front of the house. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, friends, and families (with kids). We do not allow smoking of any substances in the home.

We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Built in 2020, this modern three-story attached house features 2 bedrooms with king beds; 2 full bathrooms; 2 half-bathrooms; an office with a spacious desk and pull-out couch; new stainless steel appliances; a laundry room with washer and dryer; and an enclosed patio with firepit. Walk or bike down Division/Clinton, through gorgeous Ladd's Addition, or across the Tilikum Bridge to get everywhere in Portland! Pets are welcome, no fee!
