Historic Georgian Flat with Community Garden

It's filled with light and spacious for a one bedroom apartment. It's filled with fun things that I have collected over the years, so it comes with bags of my personality! It's quiet - especially the bedroom which is located at the rear. I like cooking, so the kitchen is well-equipped. Bring your tunes - there is a nice Sony bluetooth speaker to connect with! Access all areas - I keep the cellar and a filing cabinet in the bedroom locked for my own bits and pieces though. On arrival, I prefer to meet my guests in person to get you settled and share my local recommendations that fit with your plans and timing. New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carefully protected from new development. It supports a lovely mix of residential property and boutique retailing, including tons of coffee shops, private galleries, restaurants, and interior design shops. Bus stop round the corner and tram stop 5 minutes away at St Andrews Square. 10 minutes walk to the main railway station, Edinburgh Castle and the very heart of Edinburgh. Taxi rank 5 minutes walk down Dundas Street and taxis usually available on the street too. Please note my TV works via the internet so you can view BBC iPlayer/Netflix/Amazon content only. The bed is a standard double i.e. 4 feet 6 inches wide and 6 feet 3 inches long (137 x 190 cm). The bed will be made up ready for your arrival including 4 feather pillows, a duvet and a warm throw. An allergy free pillow and a hot water bottle can be found in the chest of drawers. I supply two large towels, a hand towel, a dish towel and a bath mat for each booking.

This beautifully restored apartment features the original painted beams from a 16th century chamber that hosted King James VI of Scotland. Just a 2-minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. It is 2 minutes from Edinburgh Castle and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and is close to trains, buses and trams.

Our charming ground floor apartment is in a prime location in Stockbridge - a stunning part of central Edinburgh. The Victorian apartment is light and airy and was recently refurbished. It is beautifully decorated and styled throughout and overlooks the quiet shared garden. The accommodation comprises living room with dining area for four, compact modern kitchen, bathroom with roll top bath and shower over it, double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bunk beds.

A stylish one bedroom apartment situated at the foot of Edinburgh Castle Rock in the historical Old Town. Quietly hidden in a secure complex this home from home is a perfect retreat from Edinburgh's busy streets whilst still being centrally located. The apartment is fitted with a modern kitchen and sitting area, linen bedding and a shower room. The historical Grassmarket and surrounding Old Town is a great place to explore offering plenty of places to eat and drink.

Beautifully furnished two-bedroom apartment in a central, but quiet, location, and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. If the hills are too much, a good bus service is nearby. The apartment is very comfortable - a real home from home. I live in the same building, so I'm available if you need help or advice. PARKING: you MUST let me know if you plan to bring a car BEFORE booking. The available parking won't suit everyone.
