Beach apartment holiday rentals in Praia de Garatucaia

Our stay was great. It was all like in the ad. The condominium is excellent, foot in the sand, with a very good pool, good parking. The very quiet beach, great for children. The apartment also very good, had beach chairs, and the condominium offers umbrellas on the beach access. A Marcele always very attentive, gave us all the necessary information, always helpful and attentive. We really like the days we spent there, and we certainly recommend it. We'll be back soon.

The site is ideal for going with the family. The kids had a lot of fun.

It was all perfect! Host Marcos, super requested helped us with the question of space to work home with great internet, it worked super well! We had a quiet stay.. recommend and tb want to return soon!!!

Luciane/Luiz Claudio's apartment corresponded exactly to what was announced. It is a perfect place for those looking to observe nature because the balcony of the apartment has an incredible view of the city and several Islands. Also, it should be informed that the apartment has all the household utensils that would allow you to even live in the residence and not just spend a season. The washer is a differential since few season apartments have and helps a lot to make everything clean. The site is very close to the main club and restaurant of the Resort, about 5 minutes walking and also close to the main beach of the development, about 10 minutes walking. So the location is a differential for those who do not own a car. Even so there is the resort van that takes with some frequency. Finally, I leave a positive recommendation of the property as the contact with the host and the location were well above expectations. I refer and will be back more often.

The apartment is very cozy, is close to the pool of the condominium and has a wonderful view! Marcos is very receptive and has always met me when I needed to talk to him! It was an amazing experience!

Good morning I have no words to describe the stay was all wonderful,the place is super safe Adriana super gentle and polite the impeccable house,super safe the condominium the local people are Gentis, I rested a lot, I spent a lot of air conditioning super delagldo.. great place to walk.valeu every day. Nice and organized clean property. Environment with options of beach, pool, speedboat exits, game room and courts . Restaurant that perfectly meets the circumstances with excellent cost benefit.

The flat has an amazing view and the location is perfect, sandy foot!!! The home is even better than the listing description. Flat clean, smelling, cozy, safe, with a great internet, quiet walk, small but functional elevator. Well-equipped kitchen. Mr. Francisco is very kind and was available from the first contact, sent several locality tips and tours. Praia Grande (in front) has calm and crystal clear waters, during the week it seems private. The Hotel Pool is always clean but does not work Monday due to maintenance. We spent incredible days in this place and I highly recommend it. I look forward to returning soon!!!

Perfect stay. from before check in,.in communication with the host, until checkout time. extremely polite, proactive, fast and fluid communication. it was always available. the apartment and the condominium are also perfect. when you read foot in the sand, do not imagine that you are so foot in the sand like this. we simply left the condominium and in 5 steps we were in the sea... perfect location with good restaurants. great place for you to go with your family. look forward to coming back

Excellent flat and location, with all amenities. Impeccable Kitchen, excellent gourmet area, great bed linens and bathrooms. Large and airborne apartment. Great air conditioning. Perfect for a family who wants to spend a weekend or holiday. And with all the amenities of Fasano (cost by part for access to the hotel's gym, SPA and pool): restaurants, shops and market. Verussa is hyper attentive and worries that there is nothing missing from the stay. Very solicitous and friendly. And the helper Neide is an extra Plus!
