The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street doesn't reach the house yet, but there's a parking space available downstairs. To reach the house, you need to climb a steep staircase. It's good to bring little luggage, and a backpack is preferable to a suitcase. the climb can be tiring but the view makes up for it.

Situated on top of the mountain, Katia and Homero's house has a unique view of the sea. With three well-distributed floors, it has a modern design, an outdoor area with a barbecue and a jacuzzi on the deck. Blending in with the forest, it is the ideal stay for contact with nature, accommodating up to four people. Access is easy (paved private road), parking is available on-site. The house is close to others, but all the facilities of the house are private, except for the parking lot.
