The house is 150 meters from Cepilho beach. The street doesn't reach the house yet, but there's a parking space available downstairs. To reach the house, you need to climb a steep staircase. It's good to bring little luggage, and a backpack is preferable to a suitcase. the climb can be tiring but the view makes up for it.

The house is close to others, but all the facilities of the house are private, except for the parking lot.
