Beautiful, clean and very organized apartment, we feel at ease! Very well located, close to two good beaches and close to shops! Paulo, the very polite and cordial host, gave us tips that were worth it, we're sure to go back

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

The apartment is beautiful and embraces you with welcome, charm and good taste. Very well equipped and decorated in the smallest details the impression that it gives is the concern to make the days there of rest and peace. Voltaria 1000 times and super recommend

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Noa mais,the location is good, wonderful pool,sir. Adilson very kind,we love and will be back soon.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

We stayed in the apartment during the Easter and Tiradentes holidays, and loved the experience! Even with the full city due to the holiday, the location of the apê is excellent and we were able to reach the beaches very easily. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The condominium also offers various leisure options, such as swimming pool, toy library and courts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Edenrique was super attentive from the start and helped us quickly get an extra spot for another car that went with us. We'll definitely come back more times! I highly recommend it!

The accommodation has greatly exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The apartment is clean, well equipped (even has board games) and has a breathtaking view. The condominium is complete and has pools, a good restaurant, playground, soccer field, beach bar, beach service, beach tennis court and a calm and clean sea. We loved the trip and will be back.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

The accommodation is great, beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the balcony. It is close to the beach, you can walk, and there is a lot of nearby markets. The condominium is great, the pools are very good. All perfect, I recommend!!

Great stay and reception.

Once again we had good experience staying with Aline! The apartment was clean, organized and well located, close to the Perequê-Açu beach but Saturday we enjoyed Praia do Félix and then we came back to enjoy the pool of the condominium, which was also very clean. Aline, as always, was super solicitous and attentive, even showed us a great pizzeria! We have stayed with her other times and this time we found a home that served my whole family well. Everything was wonderful, we will definitely be back!

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

3rd time I stay at Thiago's accommodations and have never been disappointed. The apartment very well located, clean, all rooms with air conditioning and equipped. Natália, as always, super attentive, helpful and very easy to communicate! It helped us a lot on the day we arrived and during the entire period of the stay! Super recommend and I'm sure we'll be staying at some of the Thiago listings next time as I'm sure it will be another great experience!!!
