Tiny room, perfect location

Small, lovingly designed room - 12 sqm - in the listed old building facing the leafy courtyard. The windows are protected from view with translucent pleated blinds and an opaque velvet curtain darkens at night. There is a box bed with 140 cm, reading lamp, dresser, wall mirror and hanging facilities. The small bathroom with towel radiator has no door, but is protected from view in the toilet and shower. Restaurants and the S-Bahn train are minutes away. Wi-Fi for Zoom meetings is unstable.

No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Sleep in the old town of Munich

Diese Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche hin zum kuschligen Sofa (kann auch als Schlafplatz für eine dritte Person genutzt werden). Direkt in der Altstadt gelegen, nur ca 150 Meter von der wunderschönen Maximiliansstrasse entfernt ist alles zu Fuss möglich. Aber sonst sind auch Tram, S-Bahn und U-Bahn in Fussweite. Alle Fenster gehen zum ruhigen Innenhof raus und man fühlt sich sofort wohl in dieser Grossstadtoase.

The flat has 3 rooms a kitchen and bathroom. The flat is 2 min walk to Rosenheimerplatz S- Bahn and 35 min by train directly to the airport. Kitchen and the bathroom is fully equipped. One room has a single bed which can be made to 1,60m bed. The other bedroom has a 1.60 double bed . There are many shops restaurants and all you need is in walking distance.
