This charming 200 years old stone house of typical Mediterranean style is located in the center of Prčanj, a small and picturesque village with rich maritime history and tradition. The villa is close to the beach and just 10 minutes drive from Kotor Old Town. Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean and Montenegrin menu.

Bay Beauty studio is located on the cost of the Boka Bay in Prčanj. We rent a studio with kitchen, small terrace and bathroom. It consists of one double and one single bad, and three adults could be accommodated. Our place is close to restaurants and dining, pebble beach, and public transport.
