Our studio apartment 4+1 is located on the 2nd floor of our family house and provides a free parking.It consists of a big bright bedroom with a king size bed with an additional bed,a second bedroom with three separate beds,a full equipped kitchen with dinning-space,a private bathroom plus an additional toilet and a beautiful balconies which overlook the roofs of Rovinj and have sea-view.Every bedroom and the kitchen have their own balcony.The apartment has free WiFi,TV and Air condition.

The apartment is located very close to the center of the village, yet far enough away for guests to have peace and quiet. The store, bakery, pastry shop, ATM are half a minute walk away. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has its own free parking in the garden. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for children and the elderly. Guests can use the barbecue. Guests have their own terrace in front of the apartment. Also, pets are welcome!

Potpuno novo uređeni i napravljeni studio apartman veličine 30m2, spavaća soba, kuhinja i dnevni boravak u jednome prostoru sa odvojenom kupaonicom i lijepom intimnom terasom. Apartman ima klimu te je potpuno novo uređen i opremljen. Savršen prostor za odmor i relaksaciju. Također, u sklopu apartmana imamo i dva bicikla te ručnike za plažu. Naravno, ukoliko gosti žele trenirati, imamo dvije prostirke za vježbanje.
