We cannot emphasise enought the seclusion of this accommodation,you will have no neighbours,no traffic noises,just natural surroundings and tranquility. House is located only about 100m from the sea and about 700m to the nearest beach. The local supermarket (bank,cafes,phatmacy,etc..),are 800m away. The apartment is situated on the second floor and consisting of: double bedroom, open living room and kitchen area with sleeping arrangements for another two persons, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Air conditioning serves the entire apartment and private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. From the apartment, the centre of Premantura, the camping area of Stupice and the entrance to the natural park of Kamenjak are all just 10 mins by foot.

Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

Cozy studio apartment

Our cool and comfortable Studio comfortably fits two people. It is located on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the center of Premantura. It is possible for third person to stay in, but is an extra cost. Pets are allowed. It is payable and it costs 15 euro per day for one pet. Air conditioning/heating is payable, 10 euro per day.
