The apartment is situated on the second floor and consisting of: double bedroom, open living room and kitchen area with sleeping arrangements for another two persons, bathroom and terrace with panoramic views of the sea. Air conditioning serves the entire apartment and private parking is available directly in front of the apartment. From the apartment, the centre of Premantura, the camping area of Stupice and the entrance to the natural park of Kamenjak are all just 10 mins by foot.

The beach and natural resort Kamenjak are nearby and easily reachable by foot or bicycle. There is beautiful nature, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a peaceful part of Premantura.Stupice Campsite is close, where you can walk or jog. The city center is a 10-min walk away.

The attic apartment, adapted in 2020, is in the best residential area in Premantura - in the first row to the sea overlooking the offshore islands. Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different magnificent coves and an incomparable flora and fauna. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building located on the forest edge. On foot you can reach beautiful pebble and rocky beaches within a few minutes.

Our apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 persons. It is situated on the first floor in a family house with a separate entrance. Restaurants, shops, bars, tourist agencies are within walking distance.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Villa Gardenia is located in Premantura, 10 km from the city of Pula. Pula Airport is 18 km away, and the first beach of Uvala Prisadi is only 650 m away. Villa Gardenia is a house decorated with large green trees, beautiful palm trees, and a unique view of the sea from the top of the house.
