It is in a central location within walking distance to all bars ,restaurants and shops. The nearest main supermarkets are a 2 minute drive away.

Shops are within walking distance. The house spans three floors with spacious living areas. Ideal for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.

You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood-burning stove for your long evenings.

La Petite Chouette - Pretty gîte in rural setting.

Very well presented cozy detached gîte, with character and gorgeous views across the countryside of the Périgord National Park. A perfect retreat amongst the wildlife, ideally located midway between Limoges and Angoulême and close to the Leisure Lakes of The Charente/Haute-Vienne. Les Salles-Lavauguyon with a friendly welcoming bar ran by locals is only a few minutes walk away. The châteaux of La Rochefoucauld, Rochechouart and Montbron are just a short drive away.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens, ducks are present on the property.

la Sirene bed and breakfast

A comfortable holiday home, gîte, for 6 maximum people. Downstairs you will find the kitchen with dining table, the sanitary facilities and the sitting area. Upstairs you will find 6 single beds, 2 on the mezzanine and 3 plus a sliding bed on the other side of the room, which can be separated from the mezzanine by means of a light-tight curtain. Around the house you have a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view.

Our converted barn is located in the Haute Vienne which is part of the famous Limousin region of central France. It offers the relaxation you need with self catering accommodation and is the ideal place to forget about stress and to unwind. Please note: The parking is for one car only.
