Lakeside Retreat in Haute Vienne/Charante, France

Wooden clad Mobile Home on a lakeside retreat, fishing is allowed and we can provide rods and bait if you want to have a go. It is clean and comfortable with it's own exclusive jacuzzi and decking with views of the lake. In the countryside on the border of the Haute Vienne and Charente regions, off the beaten track yet near to amenities such as local bar, a short drive to the Charente Leisure lakes with beaches and restaurants. Rochechouart has a choice of supermarkets and a Chateau.

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Welcome to Ferme du Pont de Maumy In an authentic and warm vintage spirit, the Maumy Bridge cabin is the perfect place to let yourself be carried away by an exotic experience. Built ecologically with its burnt wood cladding, its atypical style will not leave you indifferent. You will enjoy its large terrace and stunning views of the pond on sunny days, as well as its interior with its soft and cozy atmosphere, and its wood-burning stove for your long evenings.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.
