Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.

Welcome to our two-room apartment in the historical "Burghotel", the former guesthouse of the castle "Hohenaschau". Our Apartment is on the south side with a view on the mountain "Kampenwand", is on the second floor and has a big balcony, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Bavarian alpine upland.
