We had a great time! The accommodation is very pleasant, clean, functional, easy to access and very well arranged. We appreciated the free parking space in the village and being able to bring 2 of our little dachshunds. We were able to extend our stay by one day due to a car breakdown. Which was very appreciated! On the other hand, it's a shame that the village is far from everything, because without a car, everything becomes a little complicated. But Gaby was a very responsive, friendly and understanding host. We highly recommend their place and may be coming back soon!

Beautiful old stone house! There are great swimming spots within walking distance, a small shop and several restaurants. Highly recommended for summer!

I enrolled at Institut de Français for 3 sessions, and specifically wanted a hostess that lived in the house so I could practice my French. I stayed in the basement apartment for 3 months, and although without an air condition, it remained cool despite an incredible heat wave all of July. Pascaline provided a Dyson fan as well. The photos provided represent the apartment well. It is perfect for a single or a couple. It’s absolutely cozy. I loved my time there. Pascaline is also an incredible hostess, offering some nice cheese and champagne when I arrived since it was my birthday. She is responsive and proactive to all questions and concerns. She was my hostess, but in reality, she became a family member to me. This apartment is very close to the train station, the beach, to all the restaurants, but faces the stairs so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs from the Uber drop-off point. NOTE: It’s also a 15 min walk uphill to Institut de Français!

Great stay in a beautiful setting, with this small hamlet so well repapped by Gilles and his team, in a magnificent setting that is the Vercors all around. The place makes you want to go back, especially on sunny days, and stay there for hours! I recommend it!

Lovely place for a few days, in great location, was spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor space at the front of the property. Our host was attentive and very helpful.

If you love a truly authentic home in a village setting then this is great . Super atmospheric, so not very new but full of character. The kitchen is beautiful and very cozy! Very nice to live in four floors. As a result, it feels very spacious. Great roof terrace. Excellent beds and nice bathrooms. Yes this is very recommended !!

Aurélie, our host, was very responsive and was able to find solutions to make our stay go perfectly. I would recommend it without a second thought and would definitely go back! We spend very nice holydays into your house! we really liked your very elegant taste, the functional purity of the Swedish soul, mixed with these telluric forces of the south! We had a great time with the family. The house is very well equipped and the pizza oven is a real plus. We enjoyed ourselves, we will be back.!

I was unsure at first because of lack of up to date reviews, but wow, this place! We all fell in love with the space - it’s so restful and easy to be in. Comfortable beds, amazing views, simple yet tasteful interiors, which may not be brand new, but are really easy to live with. The outside space and pool is just so divine and it’s 15 min ride in Uber to the crowds, whilst you get to stay in this hillside retreat. Highly recommend:)

Ideal for nature lovers. The house is located a hundred meters from a hamlet, in the middle of the forest. It feels like you're alone in the world. The house is spacious, comfortable and has several environments (living room, kitchen/dining room, terrace) to be numerous without stepping on your feet. On the kitchen side, it is perfect for foodies, nothing is lacking. As for the garden, a large +++ for the covered outdoor living room, which allows you to read well installed facing the landscape. The area is splendid, many hikes are possible in the area (including feasible walks from the house) and the lake right next door makes it easy to go swimming and go boating. In short, an excellent stay with a very available and considerate host. 10/10.

Friendly accommodation, atypical (troglo) and in a good location in the village. We did not meet Fabien but he was very available and responded quickly.

A place you would remember. Friendly host, lovely unique home with stunning views. Most people would not have a problem climbing about 3 flights of stairs from the town. Several beautiful villages to explore near Cotignac. We would love to go back sometime in the future.
