Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement est très agréable, propre, fonctionnel, facile d’accès et très bien agencé. Nous avons apprécié la place de parking gratuite dans le village et le fait de pouvoir venir avec 2 nos petits teckels. Nous avons pu prolonger notre séjour d’un jour en raison d’une panne de voiture. Ce qui était fort appréciable! En revanche, dommage que le village soit loin de tout, car sans voiture, tout devient un peu compliqué. Mais Gaby fut une hôte très réactive, sympathique et compréhensive. Nous recommandons vivement son logement et pensons peut-être y revenir prochainement!

Wunderschönes altes Steinhaus! Es gibt fußläufig tolle Badestellen, einen kleinen Laden und mehrere Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert für den Sommer!

I enrolled at Institut de Français for 3 sessions, and specifically wanted a hostess that lived in the house so I could practice my French. I stayed in the basement apartment for 3 months, and although without an air condition, it remained cool despite an incredible heat wave all of July. Pascaline provided a Dyson fan as well. The photos provided represent the apartment well. It is perfect for a single or a couple. It’s absolutely cozy. I loved my time there. Pascaline is also an incredible hostess, offering some nice cheese and champagne when I arrived since it was my birthday. She is responsive and proactive to all questions and concerns. She was my hostess, but in reality, she became a family member to me. This apartment is very close to the train station, the beach, to all the restaurants, but faces the stairs so you will have to carry your luggage upstairs from the Uber drop-off point. NOTE: It’s also a 15 min walk uphill to Institut de Français!

Super séjour dans un cadre magnifique, avec ce petit hameau si bien retappé par Gilles et son équipe, dans un décor magnifique qu'est le Vercors tout autour. Le lieu donne envie d'y retourner, surtout au beaux jours, et d'y rester des heures ! Je recommande !

Lovely place for a few days, in great location, was spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor space at the front of the property. Our host was attentive and very helpful.

Als je houdt van een echt authentiek huis in een dorpse setting dan is dit geweldig . Super sfeervol, daarmee niet heel nieuw maar wel karaktervol. De leefkeuken is mooi en heel gezellig! Heel leuk om in vier etages te leven. Daardoor voelt het heel ruim. Geweldig dakterras. Prima bedden en fijne badkamers. Ja dit is zeer aan te bevelen !!

très beau gîte dans un environnement calme. Parfait pour les amoureux de la nature. L'intérieur est très confortable, la vue magnifique et l'environnement très riche.

Aurélie, notre hôte, a été très réactive et a su trouver des solutions pour que notre séjour se déroule à la perfection. je recommande les yeux fermés et y retournerai surement ! Petits plus : - Un partenariat avec une cave locale pour une dégustation passionnante. - Le Jacuzzi, moyennant un supplément précisé dans l'annonce, est au top pour se détendre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très bien équipée et le four à pizza est un vrai plus. Nous nous sommes régalés, nous reviendrons.!

I was unsure at first because of lack of up to date reviews, but wow, this place! We all fell in love with the space - it’s so restful and easy to be in. Comfortable beds, amazing views, simple yet tasteful interiors, which may not be brand new, but are really easy to live with. The outside space and pool is just so divine and it’s 15 min ride in Uber to the crowds, whilst you get to stay in this hillside retreat. Highly recommend:)

Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. La maison est située à une centaine de mètre d'un hameau, en pleine forêt. On a l'impression d'être seul au monde. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et dispose de plusieurs environnements (salon, cuisine/salle à manger, terrasse) permettant d'être nombreux sans se marcher sur les pieds. Côté cuisine, elle est parfaite pour les gastronomes, rien ne manque. Quant au jardin, un grand +++ pour le salon extérieur couvert, qui permet de lire bien installé face au paysage. La région est splendide, de nombreuses randos sont possibles aux alentours (dont des balades faisables depuis la maison) et le lac juste à coté permet d'aller se baigner facilement et de faire du bateau. Bref, un excellent séjour chez une hôte très disponible et prévenante. 10/10.

Logement sympathique, atypique (troglo) et bien situé dans le village. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Fabien mais il était très disponible et répondait rapidement.

A place you would remember. Friendly host, lovely unique home with stunning views. Most people would not have a problem climbing about 3 flights of stairs from the town. Several beautiful villages to explore near Cotignac. We would love to go back sometime in the future.
