Your safety is my first concern. Cleaning and disinfection of bed linen and towels follows the Anti-Covid 19 regulations. I will leave bed linen and towels packed so you can make the bed yourself. I can share data sheet of products used to clean. The terrace which can be shielded from the sun in order for you to have breakfast and lunch outside. There are two separate bedrooms (one king sized) and a smaller one. We renovated the bathroom, windows and doors. There are free car parking spaces.

In Sirolo, a few minutes from the center and the beaches of Conero, a cozy and comfortable large and elegant independent house; it consists of a double entrance, on the ground floor a large living room, full kitchen, bathroom; upstairs there are three bedrooms, two of which are double and bathroom; a small veranda for breakfasts and aperitifs; the house is equipped with all amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, complete linen, in the total and scrupulous cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms.

Welcome to my house! Welcome my home. The house, NOT SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS, is located in a small hamlet called Vissani, 2 and 1/2 km from the village (Montecassiano) in the middle of the countryside. You only get there by car, there is no public transport. I accept the minimum reservation of two (2) people and two (2) days, maximum twenty (20) days. I speak Italian and speak Spanish I greet my guests in advance! I greet you very cordially and hope to have your stay soon!

Beautiful is the terrace equipped with a table and deck chairs, partially shaded by an automatic tent, to eat and relax outdoors.
