Con i suoi 10 posti letto è adatta a gruppi di amici, a famiglie numerose o 2 famiglie. La cucina è molto attrezzata, e nella veranda c'è un camino/barbecue ed un forno a legna. Dista 10 minuti dalle Grotte di Frasassi, 6km da Arcevia (An), 8km da Sassoferrato (An).
