Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

We had two wonderful weeks in the apartment. Our three children also felt very comfortable there. The beautiful free beach is within minutes walking distance. The surrounding area offers numerous excursions. Silvia was always available and nice and helped us quickly even in an emergency with our child.

The apartment of giancarlo is perfect for visiting toscana. You can visit all cities around in between one hour by car. Moreover he was really kind and helpful, we got in the beginning an introduction and recomandations for a view restaurants around. We enjoyed the stay. It was clean, comfortable and pretty. Thanks for having us there.

Apartment away from the road, very quiet, well equipped. The cooking gas had run out and they intervened in 15 minutes from the call. Fair price, lots of availability from the owner, person we found exquisite. Such a central location that we did not use the car from arrival to departure! 200 meters from the apartment begins a pine forest that accompanies you throughout the village of Marina di Cecina and up to 10 km of free beaches with paths totally in the shade of the pine forest, you are never in the sun as you walk… Unique, never seen before, highly recommended for families with children! The perfect vacation!

I never leave comments for hotels and restaurants, but this experience deserves a few minutes to underline the commitment and availability of Mauro and Davide, exquisite and extremely kind people. They even invited us one night to let us see the game on TV. Trust me with your eyes closed, a top-notch experience and environment. Thanks again for your exceptional hospitality.

Teresa is a delicate, discreet person, not at all intrusive but very helpful: when I needed to write to her, she always responded immediately; we should have done a self-checkin but in the end we crossed paths both on arrival and when we left and it was a pleasure to meet her and chat with her. The apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished, comfortable and very clean. The condominium is located on Viale delle Piagge, a few minutes by bike from the center and easy to reach if necessary by car. The area is quiet and pleasant, especially during the day, because it is immersed in the greenery of the promenade. It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely get back to you when you need it!

The location of the accommodation is very central! Pisa Centrale train station is a few minutes' walk away, where we drove to Lucca and Florence. Pauline was always quick to reach and gave us countless great tips :) Unfortunately, the mosquitoes annoyed us very much at night, even though the window was always closed. (nasty things)

Monthly stay with wife and young child very successful. The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, on the river, the location allows you to explore the northern part of Tuscany. Everywhere about an hour away by car or train. The apartment is clean, well and practically equipped, the Internet allows you to work remotely. The host is very contactable and quick to help when in doubt.

Beautiful Borgo with a interesting Napoleon background. Neat apartments welcome you for a bit of peace and quietness. Gardens surrounding the Borgo are beautifully manicured and the pool is absolutely stunning. From this little Italian gem you can easily travel to the must sees in this part of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa & the Mediterranean beaches.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. The accommodation is well equipped as well as the summer kitchen, which makes it possible to meet all needs. the pool is very good and clean. The environment and activities available mean that everyone can find their interest in it. A shopping area 3 kms away, Pisa airport is 22 kms away, the cities of Tuscany are easily accessible within an hour and thirty by car. Our host regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. In this season, mosquitoes were invited to provide mosquito systems. In short, a rental to remember!

We stayed here for a week in February. The house has Tuscan vintage charm. If you don't expect super modern accessories and Hilton vibes, you get a really nice place to stay with lots of space and regional charm. We can say: that's exactly why you go to Tuscany! The local hosts were also super nice and really helpful. An ideal Airbnb for those who want to unplug - and the price was absolutely ok.

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

Lidia’s home was a great stay and we wish we had stayed longer! Beautiful home with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, air conditioning which you don’t always find in Europe, and it was very clean. We had our 12-month-old baby with us and she was able to have a crib set up waiting for him along with a high chair which was very much appreciated. The garden is beautiful but the hot tub was closed which we didn’t know until after we booked (we stayed in October). Lidia also gave us some recommendations for nearby restaurants that ended up being great! The only con (no fault of the owners) is that this area has a huge amount of mosquitos. If you opened the door just for a moment several would fly in. We all ended up getting bitten just from walking from the front door to our car parked in the driveway / with a few that got into the house. If traveling with a baby I would recommend bringing baby safe spray and net for crib. Still a fantastic stay despite this! Thank you Lidia!

We had a wonderful week at Teresa's cottage. It is very compact but you have everything you need and if the weather is good you still live outside. The bed is big and perfect! There is a beautiful private garden at the cottage with a BBQ and 2 sunbeds and at the cottage there are 2 low chairs and a dining table with chairs. On the premises there is another holiday home and integrated into Teresa's house is another complete studio with which you share the swimming pool. The garden with the pool is beautiful and well maintained with seating everywhere and plenty of sunbeds. Lovely lazing with a view of the olive grove and it is lovely and quiet. Unfortunately, we had an incident in our cottage, but Teresa solved that perfectly for us. In that regard, she was put in the cradle for host! The location is also perfect, close to connections to the main road so that Lucca, Pisa Pistoya and Florence are reasonably easy to reach. Recommended!

The house was very nice and comfortable overall. The decor was a little old-fashioned, but that added to the authentic atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings, which allowed us a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, which made preparing your own meals very easy. A small drawback was that the house is a little far from the city center and that the pool could only be used at certain times; it would have been helpful if this information had been provided in advance. Nevertheless, the host was extremely polite and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. Despite the small flaws, everything was outstanding.

The property and its landlords have conjured up some unforgettable vacation moments for us. It was the cleanest apartment we ever had. We got an unforgettable pizza party evening where we baked our own pizza in the in-house pizza oven. After that we enjoyed the stars in the Jaccuzi. I would like to highlight the beds and pillows. All in all an absolutely recommended place to stay near Lucca ❤️
