Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Province of Rieti

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

What a wonderful host Andrea is. We flew a long way and arrived after dark, tired and a little hungry. We found Andrea had stocked the fridge with enough groceries so we could eat something that night and provisions for breakfast which we so appreciated. We needed help with a SIM card and Andrea came the next day and actually took us to the store! The house is immaculate and has a great garden. The location is amazing as it is less than 10 minutes by car to Spoleto. There is even a train station walking distance that takes you to Spoleto in 6 minutes. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat within easy access to the amenities of Spoleto and the surrounding areas then look no further! This place is great. Thank you Andrea for your home and kindness.

Antonella's place is incredible... views of the Castello di Rocca Sinibalda, huge courtyard in the entrance, bbq area, updated amenities and great location. Antonella was the icing on the cake with great communication, references on nearby things to do and places to eat and a joy. I think I have a new friend, especially since I just bought a house 15 minutes away. Don't hesitate to book Antonella's home, you will thank me later.

It was a very spacious house with a lovely enclosed garden. From here, Rome is easily accessible by car as well as by train.

Giorgio's house is set in a beautifully landscaped garden with plenty of seating and plenty of shaded places, even in the greatest heat. The infinity pool is a great size, a wonderful view of the fantastic scenery, is very clean and was cleaned regularly during our stay. The house is very high quality and stylishly furnished and the many loving details make it a particularly nice place to stay. The amenities are very comprehensive and even nice pool towels are provided! The two bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor remain cool even on hot days, as they get less daylight or can be darkened by shutters. Giorgio always responded very quickly and courteously to our messages and has an always reachable and very helpful contact on site with his warm neighbor Alessio. We felt very comfortable!

A very tranquil week in this mountain village. The apartment is clean and welcoming, with good space. Alessandra is a true super host - advice on local walks and helpful with every question. Recommended 👍🙌

We only spent 3 days in Ferentillo, but the area and the peace of the property deserved much more. Amazing pool to relax in after a day of walking. We'd love to go back

From Maurizio you can expect all his hospitality and availability, a person attentive to meet the needs of guests. The house, very clean and recently renovated, is located 2 kilometers from Narni, very convenient to get to. I highly recommend a vacation in Narni and the knowledge of Maurizio. It was our pleasure.

Sweet cabin with everything you would need. Beautiful views all round. the kitchen had a full sized fridge and everything we needed. Host was lovely.
