the accommodation is very well located, right in front of the lake. It is spacious and clean with a very nice view. We really enjoyed this accommodation and its location. Recommended. I add this 2nd part, hoping maybe to erase for the next guests, the little thing that made our check-in less enjoyable: the check-in was done at Villa porta. At the reception the lady(Lara?), welcomed me (kind and human) with good explanations. But next to her there was a middle-aged gentleman,who responded to my Hello coldly and without looking at me. The same person wanted to force me to take my car out of the hotel parking lot,as he wanted it for another guest. Yet it was his colleague who showed me this parking spot. After a few discussions I did not agree to move my car, as there was no more space. Obviously this person is among those who behave with the customer according to their preference!!! Apart from that,everything was perfect

We thank Raffaela and Mauro for their warm welcome🥰, they were really friendly, flexible and thoughtful hosts for us. The apartment is very comfortable, clean ,great bedding, you can enjoy both outside and inside , and the hot tub has finalized each bike ride🚲, really great! We will come back if we have a chance but rather in autumn or spring , the landscapes must be even more beautiful! Anyway , thank you so much for a great vacation! 🚴🏻 Arrivederci 🚴🏼‍♂️

The place is really in the center of Lavena and yet very quiet at night. I really appreciated the private parking space. The place is purposefully furnished, very clean and maintained. The contact with Catalina was very good - she is a good host and takes care of one. I'd love to come back - I'd love to enjoy the area in fine weather.

We LOVED our stay at Nicoletta’s and hope to return. A perfect location to explore Cannobo riviera. The restaurant downstairs is amazing. We ate there one night and got take away another to enjoy on our balcony. Thank you for such amazing hospitality Nicoletta!

The terrace of the property was the highlight for us with this view of the lake! The equipment of the apartment is good, the compact kitchen is a small challenge, but there is everything you need to cook breakfast and also a meal in the evening. The owners are very nice and available any time. Parking is available right in front of the house, as a tip, as the apartment can be reached via a spiral staircase, not so large and heavy suitcases! Keep in mind...it's better with light luggage! We really enjoyed our stay!

Upon arrival we found a bottle of water and noodles as a welcome greeting. In the kitchen there is everything you need for a holiday. The bathrooms were very tidy and there were plenty of towels. The fridge is nice and big so you can cool your food and drinks. The view from the upstairs balcony is great. A swimming facility is only 8 minutes on foot. Restaurants are also many in the area. Overall a great apartment. We enjoyed it very much. We will be happy to come back.

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at Gaia's house, and we keep enjoying it all the time. Gaia is highly supportive, responsive, and flexible. There have been improvements at the house, especially in the poor internet signal in the previous years, which works perfectly now. And some things - fortunately - didn't change: the calmness around the house, the beauty of the garden, and the surroundings. A great place to enjoy your holidays with your family and/or friends in the nature.

5 perfect nights! The accommodation is super quiet, bright and the lake view is beautiful. The reception was very warm. The hot tub? Hmmmm a Happiness! Andrea had recommended the al cantinone restaurant in luino, about 15 minutes by car. We loved it! The boss played a few accordion areas, the meals were very good. A change of scenery guaranteed! A 5-minute walk from the accommodation is a convenience store with fresh bread. The lady who holds her makes great sandwiches. We went to Stresa by car. It was a bit long but the road is so beautiful! On the other hand, dogs even in a bag are not allowed in the gardens of the Borromean Islands. Cannobio is a very pretty village. Our favorite! Thank you Andrea for everything, your responsiveness, your advice, the welcome package... we'll be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

We really enjoyed the stay, Simona is always very helpful, gave us excursion tips and when we needed help she was always quickly accessible. Everything great!!

The place was extra clean and has everything you need. They even provided us, for the child, not only the crib as requested, but also the dinner chair and a changing table. Gabriele and his wife are very kind and the area is very quiet. Finally, although breakfast was not included, they left us everything we needed for the next morning, coffee, milk, cookies, fruit, etc... we are absolutely satisfied!

The place is very spacious, quiet and well located. Mateo is a really very warm, likeable and helpful host. He gave us good tips for eating nearby and very much supported us with the transfer to the nearby airport. Thank you again for the delicious ice cream he gave us at the best ice cream parlor in Oleggias.

as soon as you arrive, the show that reserves you the descent of the dirt road already makes you dream, especially because the two days spent with them were characterized by a warm and beautiful sun but even yesterday when we left despite it being cloudy and raining a little the scenery was still a museum in the open sky... the accommodation that is more like a room with bathroom with an outdoor kitchen had everything you could need... initially I was a little worried about the kitchen but not being cold to have breakfast and drink a nice herbal tea the night before going to bed was also very pleasant because the view from the terrace warmed your heart and mind... two days in the end there were few days because I would have liked to enjoy the outdoor spaces that the house makes available more but surely we had to return to those areas I would like to return to them because the scene is wonderful because I would have liked to have more of the outdoor spaces that the house makes available...

she was so kind. she prepared toys for my kids. my kids could have fun with them. She answered many my question quickly. this apartment was very cleaned and stylish. the restaurant near the apartment was super delicious as well.

We booked the same day of arrival, which was no problem at all for Sofia. We got a very prompt response from her. Sofia is very likeable and helpful. The apartment is cosy and everything is available and clean. In two minutes you can walk to the beach. The place Cannera Riviero is very nice, offers a few restaurants and is a good starting point for excursions. We will definitely come back again.

Beautiful vintage house with the most amazing view over the lake. Daniela is a very helpful and kind host who did anything to make our stay unforgettable. Our children, ages 1 and 3, had all that they needed to play outside in the beautiful garden with sand toys. They enjoyed jumping on the trampoline, petting the friendliest dog ever, Tokyo, driving around with little cars, motorcycles, drawing or just running around. We would like to come back!
