During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth.
