Views from the windows in the direction of Iso-Syötte. The car and bikes can be parked in the carport. There is a warm storage area on the worktop and the possibility to maintain hobby equipment. The trails and hiking trails can be reached from the front door in minutes. Final cleaning and linen can be arranged separately at an additional cost

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

A magnificent new villa on the shores of Lake Simojärvi. The villa is in a scenic, quiet location at the tip of the cape. The villa has four bedrooms with beds for 10 people and a sofa bed for 2 extra people. The spacious kitchenette can prepare meals for a large group and has room for 12 people to dine at the same time. The villa has two large saunas (electric and wood-fired) and an 8-person outdoor hot tub. Good beach, rowboat, 2 SUP boards and a rubber kayak for free use by customers.

You can also get to the snowmobile trail almost directly from the cottage yard.
