Holiday rentals with a patio in Pudasjärvi

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

A clean and spacious apartment with a great location. The sauna had good steam. The host was considerate and arranged a crib and high chair for the child. There was a nice playground next to it. Would be very happy to stay again.

The house was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Communicating with Ann was easy, she was very friendly and helpful. A Neurosonic diva, a good coffee maker, and a home theater added a little luxury. The beds, towels, and linens were all of good quality. Special plus for comfortable extra mattresses. The only minor minus was the weak sound insulation. The upstairs bedroom was only separated from the kitchen and living room by thick curtains and trim, there were no actual walls and door at all. However, this was a small thing for a great stay. Big thanks to Ann, I highly recommend the place!

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

The location was good and the place was clean. The host was helpful and responsive whenever needed.

Very well located on the way from south to north. Two families could have a great stay, and it was nice that pets are allowed. There was plenty to do for young people on the trampoline. Peaceful location with good jogging terrain. We were very happy with the stay:)

Very much enjoyed our stay here, definitely recommended! The host was very easy to reach, gave clear communication and instructions and was quick to respond. Everything was very clean. We thought the sauna was a big plus :) The area is quiet, with many shops within walking distance. For cooking, one cooking fire may be a little low, but there is also a well-functioning oven and microwave. For the rest, there is a lot of amenities available such as kettle, bread toaster, coffee,... Thank you for a nice stay!

We had a great time at Saara‘s house. It‘s well located (30 min from Rovaniemi) and surrounded by beautiful nature. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Our highlight was the Sauna, we used it every day during our stay and loved it. We would really like to stay here again.

The house is exceptional, beautiful and right on the lake. The decor is natural, modern and with lots of wood; we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Note the very secluded location; the nearest shopping (supermarket) is about a 15-minute drive away. But with appropriate planning, that's no problem either. We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location very much.
