Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pudasjärvi

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Stylish apartment with spectacular views! Clean and full equipped kitchen, works well for families.

Kari und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Ausbesserungen sind nötig (zB defekte Küchenschublade) jedoch waren die Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gab. Sie haben diese dann auch schnellstmöglich gelöst. Es wäre informativ gewesen, wenn man gewusst hätte, dass der Indoor-Pool nicht beheizt ist. In Finnland vermutlich normal, für uns Deutsche jedoch ungewohnt (besonders im Winter ;-)) Insgesamt empfehle ich die Unterkunft und die netten Gastgeber auf jeden Fall weiter. Sicher auch im Sommer wunderschön hier!!! PS:Besonders freundlich fand ich, dass wir bei Polarlichtern in unserem Garten proaktiv "rausgeklingelt" wurden-vielen Dank, das war ein tolles Erlebnis...

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Haawe. Die Sauna war nach ausgiebigen Spaziergängen und Ausflügen sehr erholsam und der Ausblick von den Schlaf- und Kinderzimmerfenstern auf das finnische Winterwunderland einfach ein Traum. Liegt auf halber Höhe am Hang, sehr gut mit Auto erreichbar. Zu Fuß zum Minisupermarkt oder Skiverleih ca. 10-15min. Die Einrichtung ist modern klassisch, die Ausstattung top. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé une semaine à quatre chez Mirva. La maison était très propre et cosy, dans un quartier calme de Oulu. Cuisine bien équipée, le sauna et le jacuzzi sur la terrasse sont un plus indéniable. Les lits sont très confortables. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 10 mn de la maison pour aller en centre-ville. Deux petits restos à 15mn pied (puzzas et kebab). Mirva a toujours répondu rapidement à nos messages, n'hésitant pas à donner les informations demandées. Son accueil chaleureux le jour de l'arrivée fut très apprécié. Nous recommandons donc ce logement pour un séjour à Oulu!

Majoitus vastasi kuvausta. Rauhallinen ja kaunis paikka. Tänne voisi tulla uudelleen kesällä :)

Eeva’s apartment is beautifully decorated, cosy and thoughtfully equipped, including everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location near train station and city center was perfect for us and the wooden quartiers have a nice athmosphere. Communication was easy and instructions were clear. We hope to be able to stay at Eeva’s place again and can highly recommend it!

Passelin kokoinen asunto kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle. Molemmissa naapuriasunnoissa oli asukkaita, mutta mitään ääniä ei niistä kuulunut. Rinteet lähellä. Sähköautonlatausmahdollisuus plussaa. Televisio voisi olla isompi, mutta toisaalta eipä näillä reissuilla sitä tulla katselemaan.

Hyvin varusteltu asunto huiman hienolla näköalalla (ei ehtinyt viikossa tottua!). Kommunikaatio Juhon kanssa oli sujuvaa ja kohteliasta! Kiitokset!

Hyvä sijainti, vasta remontoitu, joten esim sauna ja kylppäri olivat viimoisen päälle. Tilaa oli kahdelle aikuiselle ruhtinaallisesti. Haimme rauhallista hiihtokohdetta joulun ja uudenvuoden ajaksi ja sen saimme.

The pictures listed simply don’t do it justice. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning! No noise, no light pollution and no neighbours. You’ll enjoy great privacy here and the peaceful tranquility of nature, with everything you need to truly relax. The villa itself is top-notch – spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-organized. Nothing to complain at all. A definite highlight is the jacuzzi and classic wood-heated Finnish sauna on the dock overlooking the crystal-clear lake. Terhi greeted us in person and carefully introduced us to the amenities. She was nice and incredibly helpful. This was the best airbnb stay we have ever had. Would love to come back again.

Mukava pieni mökki. Erittäin sopiva 2-hengelle ja koiralle. Jos haluat rauhaa ja itsenäisyyttä, suosittelen. Ulkosauna oli hyvä. Lämminvesi systeemi toimi vain kohtalaisesti eli “kuumaa” vettä ei tullut.

Had a lovely time with my family at Pekka's listing, the villa was situated in a nice location and we had access to a nice lake. Definitely recommend this to anyone with a big family looking for a cosy space!

Annukka's house is just perfect, perfect location, beautiful surroundings, it had everything we could ever need to enjoy our stay plus more. we felt so at home and had a perfect family Christmas here. could not wish for anything more. Annukka also went above and beyond if we needed any help or advice.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Jäkälä. Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes Design und die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Esperienza nel complesso molto positiva. La zona è semplicemente magica per chi cerca avventura e pace totale completamente immersi nella natura! La casetta è molto accogliente e comoda anche se alcune migliorie potrebbero incrementare il servizio: suggerirei una soluzione migliore per la doccia per non allagare il pavimento ogni volta che si usa la doccia, la scala per salire al piano di sopra è abbastanza scomoda perché molto ripida, la pulizia purtroppo lascia un po’ a desiderare (abbiamo trovato resti di cibo sotto a un divano e sotto a un mobile, più altri oggetti da buttare, in posti dove non sono stati trovati e quindi deduco nemmeno puliti). Segnalo questo solo per incrementare il servizio perché per il resto il posto è davvero meraviglioso e speciale e con qualche piccola accortezza in più, si può migliorare facilmente il sevizio. La sauna tradizionale finlandese è una meraviglia!

Todella hieno, toimiva ja hyvin varusteltu mökki. Erityisesti ruoan laitto sujui mukavasti kun keittiöstä löytyi hyvät välineet. Tilava, valoisa ja hienolla paikalla. Voidaan tulla toistekin.

Hienot puitteet isollekin porukalle, erillisistä makuuhuoneista iso plussa. Perinteinen puusauna, sekä nykyajan mukavuudet.
