very nice place, very comfortable and pleasant we rent it to attend the Copa Santos Peñoles and it is close to the cedes, and the children after the fatigue of the parties could relax in the pool and the attention from Alejandra magnificent, very attentive and very friendly

I had a great stay! The location was incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk to a shopping center and Target, which made it easy to grab groceries or anything I needed. The area felt safe and accessible, and everything was just as described. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean place with a comfy bed, couches and newer smart tv's. The Keurig machine had no coffee pods, and only 2 pillows. Those are minor things to consider when booking. I would still recommend this place

Everything very well maintained. Great facility. Unfortunately, we were only there for a short time and could not use the great pool and fitness area. But everything is very inviting.

My stay was excellent. Salvador was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to all my doubts, which made me feel very welcome and accompanied during my visit. The apartment is located in a very good area, it is comfortable, beautiful and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

really nice apartment with a fresco right by it. the air conditioner was nice to have in all the rooms and really enjoyed all the retorants near by. quiet place with 2 apartments per floor. would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the host.

Stunning view. Only a 20ish minute walk downtown which was nice. BnB had everything we needed for the weekend. Pro Tip: There's a fresh water spicket inside the fridge so no need to find a filling station!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

I went with my family and we loved it, the place is very nice, very clean, just like the photos and the best thing is that it is very close to the beach, you could walk. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, from cleaning products, to personal hygiene products. Would definitely come back!!!!

Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. I had my own parking spot inside the garage, and there were even extra guest spots in case you have more than one car, which was a huge bonus since I didn’t have to stress about finding street parking or paying for it. The instructions were very clear. At first, they seemed a bit confusing, but once I started following them step by step, everything made perfect sense. When I walked into the condo, it smelled fresh and clean, and it felt incredibly cozy, like a home away from home. It had everything I needed: all kinds of spices, dishes, pots, pans, literally EVERYTHING. They even left beach towels and sunscreen, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also amazing, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The host was super responsive and always ready to answer any questions I had. If I’m ever back in Austin, I’ll definitely book this place again. The pool was a great bonus too!

David is an excellent host, super efficient to attention to detail, cordial and friendly. The apartment was impeccable, very spacious and fully stocked, with more amenities than we were even able to enjoy. Great taste and decor, super chic!! Front desk is very nice and polite as well. Rooftop pool was amazing to have, after a dreadful previous rental experience (totally different place and owner). Condo is safe and close to everything.

What a beautiful home to stay at! We greatly enjoyed ourselves in this home and cant wait to come back. The home was incredibly clean and smelt so good! It is close enough to the restaurants, but not so close that you hear the city. The neighborhood is perfect, quite, and safe. Perfect office space which already includes a docking station to display your computer screen onto the two existing monitors. Donald was very responsive and helpful. This place books out for a reason, get it while you can! Thanks again Donald for making us feel right at home.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Phil’s. Peaceful outdoor space is the treasure at this home. My kids, 13 and 19, enjoyed the game room.

Upon check-in, Tyler's property was an exquisite blend of beauty and privacy, functioning as a personal oasis within the urban landscape. Tyler was very responsive and provided valuable recommendations regarding local dining options and activities. Although we encountered a minor issue during our stay, Tyler's prompt communication mitigated potential inconvenience. The house was meticulously maintained and equipped with a comprehensive array of culinary spices, abundant towels, and a complete set of dishes. Each room also had a television, a detail that my children particularly appreciated. The system has three separate HVAC units, allowing for individualized temperature control and climate regulation in each designated zone. All in all Tylers place is amazing! 5 stars!

Beautiful and safe new neighborhood. Quiet and established area. The house is absolutely gorgeous and well stocked for using all of amenities. Lots of space and bedrooms for family to use, very comfortable with minimal furniture and decorations. House was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. The kitchen was decently stocked for cooking. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely recommend it. We will be staying there again sometime!

Beautiful large home. Spent 7 days over New years. Has everything you might possibly need for a short or a long stay. Felt right at home. Plenty of towels, great comfortable beds, every appliance you might need in the kitchen. Fully equipped gym. A Great working Sauna and a cold plunge. Great BBQ area. Jesse got back to us in less than 5 minutes for local recommendations and tips. Would definitely go back again!!
