The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

Important: In July and August, the minimum stay will be six nights. Monteverde is a beautiful and relaxing property located at only 15 minutes from Jerez and 10 from el Puerto de Santa María. This is a place with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside situated on a Hillslope. However, because its location, Monteverde is very close to the Atlantic coast, with beautiful beaches and also 18 holes golf clubs.

The rented part of the house has a charming Andalusian patio (courtyard) including two living spaces within and plenty of plants such as kentias, aspidistras, a banana tree and a jasmine; three bedrooms, one of them 95 m2, and three bathrooms. The total surface of this ground floor is 310 m2. In the second floor a full equipped kitchen, a terrace and a laundry room are also available (approx. extra 50 m2).
