It is 2 minutes away from the beaches and the main avenue where there is a great pedestrian walk and bike path. There are restaurants, bars, and shops very close by less than 1 minute away. 1 minute bus stop and supermarkets. On the second floor, there is no elevator. Shower update (wider and higher quality) and mattress.
