This listing is for my family and friends to book. No detail is overlooked at this charming and upscale place to stay. Pool, beach, activities, restaurant, happy hours at the pool. Walking distance to the whole marina Vallarta with beautiful yachts, shops, restaurants and farmers market on Thursdays in season. The cancelation policy is strict but it is possible to move the booking to another week. No bookings for my place during Holy Week, Thanksgiving, Christmas breaks through New Years.

Room 31 is located on the 4th floor. It is necessary to climb the stairs but it is well worth it since you will enjoy a cool room and a nice view towards the mountain of Puerto Vallarta. This room features a king size bed, a small kitchen and its terrace There is no cleaning for stays of at least 6 days; if you require cleaning you have to pay $350.00 pesos for each required cleaning and it is requested at the front desk.
