There is a fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, bar area (cantina), large garden, barbecue, and ample parking space. The area is quiet and completely secure. The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Excellent location, just a few blocks from the hotel area, restaurants, OXXO, pharmacies, petrol stations and bars. The development has a boat ramp. There is an additional charge for 16 guests or more.

This beautiful condo offers stunning ocean views from every window as well as an amazing natural breeze. It has 3 levels of living spaces (one of them being a PRIVATE rooftop terrace with its own PRIVATE pool and BBQ spot. It's fully furnished and has all the appliances you could need in your everyday life. We are located up on a hill, which makes it an easy walk downtown but a short Uber back up (you can usually get them for $3 USD)
