Villa is located in a quiet area close to the sea and beaches, but still with a lot of privacy. The house is facing the sea and has a great sea view. On the back of the house there is a barbecue available together with an outdoor dinning area, in the shadow of the olive trees it gives you the perfect Mediterranean outdoor experience!

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islet of Košljun. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and a washing machine. There is also a private parking space in the yard. Pet is allowed on request.

Jenina - a small flat in a quiet neighborhood

Our apartment is small but it got everything You need! The first beach is 1km away, but You could also go by car to the bigger beach - a 4min ride (1,8km). There You can find our water slides with a sea water pool (see pictures)! The first round is on us :) A lot of other outdoor activities are also available there.
