Beautiful place, great location and amenities.

Gaby’s Airbnb was perfect! The complex is very quiet and it was a great way to enjoy Cancun away from the busier hotel zone. It was really easy to get Ubers from the Airbnb, though, so it wasn’t difficult at all to access downtown and the hotel zone. The biggest thing that stood out was Gaby’s communication throughout our stay. She was proactive in checking in on how we were enjoying our stay and she gave us excellent recommendations. We reached out a couple times to ask for recommendations for various things, and she was incredibly responsive. One of her taco recommendations (Taqueria Bonampak) was so good we went twice! Whenever go back to Cancun, I will definitely be staying at one of Gaby’s properties again!

The place was very clean and all instructions were very clearly laid out for access etc. The condo was pleasant and the amenities in the building and nearby were great; we really loved the rooftop pool. There is only one restaurant and it close’s fairly early at 7, but it was easy and affordable to get an Uber to take us to restaurants nearby. Overall we would recommend staying here as we had an enjoyable experience.

Our family of four spent eight serene days here in March. Communication with the host and property manager was professional and on-point from booking to departure. This is a large, beautifully furnished condo in a quiet complex with outstanding facilities. The view of the marina from the large balcony is wonderful and calming in the mornings and evenings. Ordering groceries online for delivery is easy and practical. The on-property restaurant is great for the days we didn't feel like cooking. Many dining options are available a short Uber ride away, but this place was so magnetic we didn't feel like leaving! We would 100% come back here and will recommend to family and friends.
