Excellent place and very comfortable.

Great space, wonderful views and the grounds were beautiful with all the flowers. Really enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were nice and cozy. Stopped there as a half way point to the Caribbean coast. Was a tad difficult finding, but it was in the dark and once we got to Aquarius and looked at the pictures we got there no problem. Host was responsive. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house.

Three of us stayed at Wanderlust to celebrate the upcoming wedding of a friend. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Highlights of the accommodations were the incredibly comfortable beds, the peaceful atmosphere and the fantastic hot tub. What really makes this place stand out is Jai. Jai could not have done more to make our stay a magical occasion. She provided us with impeccable food and drink recommendations, connected us with local, trustworthy transportation and bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. Jai really is a special treat. We all hope to be back someday.

Super cute the apartment and pool is very close to the apartment! There is a gym also the pool pair!

We ( family with 2 children , 6 & 3 years old) felt very comfortable on the Fidelito Ranche. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden, feeding and showering the dogs, as well as the great horseback riding trip with Leon. We really appreciated the quiet location, but were also able to get to the larger cities quickly.

Tomasso’s place exceeded my expectations. Place is terrific for the price. Beautifully decorated. Great AC in each bedroom. Tom was an exceptional communicator from start to finish- answering questions, providing info on nearby activities, and even making restaurant suggestions. I will hope to use his place again when I return to the area. Highly recommend.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay with an extra top open floor. The place had some surf boards. Kelly had left us a nice bottle of wine as well. Great place and wish we could stay there longer.

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

We absolutely loved our time at Mariposa cottage. The terrace view was amazing and we enjoyed the visitors we had while enjoying our morning coffee. Iguanas, birds, squirrels, and the sound of howler monkeys and cicadas. The cottage has tons of character and artistic flair and the outdoor shower was fantastic! Peter was a great host. Highly recommend Mariposa if you’re looking for something unique with a fabulous view of the ocean in a jungle like setting.

We had an absolutely heavenly stay at Jan's; it was our second time in this lovely place, a perfect escape far from the crowds. The location is incredibly peaceful, with the tranquility we craved while still being close to restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you may need. The place has everything you need to cook, making it feel like a true home away from home. The internet connection was flawless, which made working remotely a breeze. As usual, Jan was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise!

Would rent here again without hesitation! The location is great. We loved being close to town and things to do but still having all the jungle vibes! We saw lots of monkeys right in the back yard! Alex and Glen were both very friendly. We also did the mangrove Kayak tour with Alex & Goldie (his pup)! Would highly recommend that tour! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

Very good value for money, the only thing I have to say that the wifi was wrong, everything else was excellent. I highly recommend it!

I stayed here with three friends for a girls’ trip, and we loved the outdoor living experience. The pool was amazing and felt very private. Overall, this was a great place to stay—we all agreed that the house made our trip even better. It was one of our favorite parts! Highly recommend!

My friends and I spent the last five nights at Matthew’s property and thoroughly enjoyed the home and environment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The house and backyard pool layout are very unique and well laid out for a good time shared with friends. I highly suggest considering Matthew’s property for anyone looking to enjoy their own slice of paradise in Playa Hermosa!

Such a gem in Tamarindo! We loved being surrounded by nature and having the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was stocked well. It can be a little hard to walk into the main town because the house is located uphill but it’s definitely doable. Jose provided us with recommendations and was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend!

This is a great location with beautiful views of the coastline, and amazing sunrises and sunsets. Day two a family of Howler monkeys climbed by as we watched from the back yard, so cool to video. We enjoyed professional massages on the back porch provided by locals, definitely provided a zen moment in the lush tropical surroundings and it was very adorable. We had them come twice! The pool offered a refreshing break from the humidity. The hosts were very helpful in our planning process, and communicated quickly. The security guard definitely made us feel safe, and the groundskeeper kept the lush yards pristine. The location is within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities, however we rented a car for convenience and flexibility. Snorkeling was fantastic! We highly recommend Playa Palmas for comfort, convenience and excellent scenery. Pura Vida!

Amazing place, very private and comfortable. Literally steps to the beautiful beach where you can walk for miles in either direction. Definitely made use of the plunge pool every day too! It’s on the north end of the town so away from most of the restaurants and shops (which we prefer) so it’s quiet but you’ll need wheels of some sort to further explore the area. There is a market only about a 10 minute walk so you can stock up on pretty much anything you need. Awesome, responsive host and the daily housekeeping was spot on. Would definitely recommend! Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽
