Cycling and hiking trails invite you to go on excursions.

The apartment is very bright due to large windows to the south and on the balcony to the west you can enjoy the sunset.

It offers a separate bedroom with a large double bed. 2 more sleeping places are available with a comfortable sofa bed with mattress. In a fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area and the balcony, guests can enjoy the tranquility after eventful excursions.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes
