Quiet accommodation and just a few minutes from the tram that serves one of the central squares of the city. Well equipped, clean and comfortable! Although it is off-center from the historic city center, it is very pleasant to regain calm after a day in Rome. In addition, the neighborhood of Trastevere is a real favorite. Big plus point of the accommodation: the two rooms each have a bathroom. This allows everyone to have their own space if,like us you come to 4! Thank you Mannicci!

Excellent stay at Alessandro's, I give it 5 stars because I can't put more! We loved the apartment, veranda and garden. The apartment is modern and comes with all the amenities, it feels like home. Good communication with Alessandro who was accommodating, helpful and responsive. The instructions given for self access to the apartment were clear and easy. We feel safe there because the apartment is in a gated and quiet residence. There is a car park across the street and good restaurants nearby. The place is a small haven of peace close to the center of Rome. I highly recommend it, and I'll be back again!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Benedetta’s place. Location is excellent— it’s an easy walk to the Colosseum, Trevi, and Pantheon. There is an elevator which is a big deal for us carrying heavy luggage. The place is huge and very clean, we had everything we needed. Best of all, Bendetta is an excellent host — very responsive and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time as the apartment is in a great location. It is very easy to walk to visit the must-sees of Rome. Francesco also gave us some great restaurant tips. He is very responsive and has always been able to help us make sure our stay goes smoothly.

It is an unforgettable experience, totally surrounded by nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to unplug a little, a pool overlooking the front of the hill with a breathtaking view. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to be back as soon as possible, thank you again for everything 🤍

Jacopo's place was the perfect base for our stay in Rome. Beautifully furnished and decorated with all possible amenities, in walking distance to a subway station and private parking at the property. Jacopo was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and we hope to stay someday again.

The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.
