Great place to relax with family. loved the BBQ options outside! Swimming pool together with the palm trees provide such a nice and relaxed environment. House clean and comfortable, recommended!

Great place - we really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were friendly and gave us lots of information. Villa was well equipped, clean and spacious. Views from the roof terrace were great. Hot tub was lovely. Would highly recommend. Thank you Kirsty we gad a fabulous time.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

It was just what we needed, there was an amazing cafe within walking distance and it was within 15 minutes of loads of amazing restaurants and within an hour were loads of day trips

We were warmly welcomed, the house has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. If there were any concerns, they were taken care of directly. The location is great, you can walk to the beach and restaurants etc. We were very satisfied with everything.

accommodation as described, beautiful view ,large balcony and very well-equipped accommodation. Attention more than 60 steps to get to the apartment. Difficulty when we arrived to find the accommodation , our phone call to Francisco went unanswered . A few more details would be needed .

Mihais apartment was in the right place to explore what Villa Martin has got to offer, the apartment was incredibly clean and spacious and comfortable to stay in, I will definitely be staying again thank you very much.

Maria and her family are endlessly sweet, kind, and helpful with us. The apartment is well equipped, accessible and has a nice view of the sea from the terrace. There are many wonderful beaches on the seafront of Torrevieja. The apartment is separated by a street from the nearby beach. There are also many cultural; leisure; sports opportunities in the city for active relaxation. We were in town for Easter week. Everything was wonderful! We were incredibly lucky to stay here for a week, few things that really stood out as exceptional were: Incredible host so friendly and helpful (lots of surprises won't spoil them, but on check out they even came to help with cases to car!) Stunning mountain views from 5th floor Comfy beds great large balcony Good WiFi Great modern 4k TV Exceptional high end appliances including Jura bean to cup ready to go! Wonderful stay, would absolutely come back.

The apartment great to go with little ones, anything we forgot they had there. Spectacular views from every room. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The beach was great and has games practically all over the beach to play. We went with our dog too and there was no problem at all. Lily is very friendly and always attentive to any questions. We'll be back for sure.

The place is beautiful. Super comfortable, we were 12 people, each with their room and ensuite bathroom. It's very comfortable with everything you need for an amazing 4 days. Decoration details you adore!! We will definitely be back to that place. Leif was very attentive and friendly and attentive to any subject. He even gave us a late check-out. I recommend this place, especially with summer weather to enjoy the pool, we couldn't because of the rainy weather.

I enjoyed spending almost 5 weeks here for a combination of work and vacation. Philip and Ilze are incredibly friendly, respond quickly, and have a lot of knowledge of the area, so they are packed with tips! Because the weather was so nice, I didn't use the sauna:) but the pool was lovely. Recommended if you are looking for peace and beautiful nature!

The villa exceeded all my expectations and made me very happy. All my friends and I want to go back there some day. Both the versatile rooms and the outside were the perfect places to relax and to enjoy time together with friends. There was a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable, and all the facilities were excellent. The pool was great. Our four-day vacation at the villa was amazing. I can’t think of anything negative. The kindness of the hosts made me feel very welcome. Thank you very much for everything. This was one of the best times of my life, and I cannot think of a better place to spend quality time with my best friends.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

David greeted us with great kindness, showed us around the house down to every detail, and had prepared many things ahead of our arrival. He gave us wine, croissants, coffee, milk, water and butter, among other things, which was very nice of him. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful garden and a big pool, it's even prettier than the pictures. The area is very quiet, you barely hear any people around, you can sleep by the pool to the sound of birds chirping. We will definitely be coming back, super recommended. Thank you David & Elena!

Lovely 3 nights in this lovely detached villa. Being December it was a little chilly in the evening but the pellet burner worked a treat. The villa had all you needed and would suit a family. We were just 2 people so we just used the downstairs. The village is low key and peaceful as well as being very neat and tidy. There are enough shopping, food and drink options in the village. Would like to return in summer when there’s a bit more life! Thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you.
