The house is excellent. Everything is new and pristine just like the photos, and very comfortable. Good location, quiet and safe, with a bakery and store right next door. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely come back. Johanna is a really nice person and excellent host.

The Most Incredible Experience on this fifth. Everything was in perfect condition, the spaces were well cared for and full of details. It's pet-friendly, which was ideal for our family. The hot pool was a big plus, always clean and ready to enjoy. The audio system is spectacular, and we loved play spaces. A perfect place to relax and have fun!

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

This place is absolutely stunning, amazing. It was indeed a retreat. The house felt homey, safe, the culture in every corner, the cutest kitchen. Maru keeps a clean home, not once did we wonder about using anything due to cleanliness, very well kept. The housekeepers leave on premises, but we never felt bothered by them.

The depar is new and is the same as the photos. Communication was excellent from the first minute. The spaces and amenities of the building are very good. 100% recommended.

We feel so lucky to have found this Quito apartment! Its location is ideal (right next to la Parque Carolina) and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Check-in was very easy - the building pass and apartment code made entering so easy and we felt very safe. And, the city view from the 11th floor is beautiful, as well as a view of Cotopaxi. Wendy and Xavier were wonderful hosts. Their place was exceptionally clean and well organized, and it included all the amenities we needed. They were very attentive and responsive to messages, and we were incredibly grateful that they allowed us to check out a bit later due to a late evening flight. We highly recommend both the apartment and the hosts, and I definitely hope to stay there again during any future visits to Quito.

We had a great stay at Joha’s place in Quito. It’s a mere 10 minute walk from the historical center and there were lots of little convenience and veggie shops along the road. The apartment itself is super-cute and comfortable, and we loved having an inner courtyard that provided us sunlight and a bit of separation from street noise. The whole apartment was squeaky clean and Johanna was always friendly, helpful with recommendations and easily reachable. Would love to stay again.
