TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. The modern, open-plan apartment with terrace and access to the garden offers stylish accommodation for up to 2 people over an area of around 65 square metres. It is ideal for vacationers, business travelers, as well as people looking for a high quality of stay accommodation for a longer period of time. All shops and institutions for daily needs are available in the village and within a radius of 4 km. The connection to Augsburg, Munich or Ingolstadt by train or car is ideal.

Apartment with garden

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

A small cottage in the countryside Quiet walking paths invite you to wander through nature. The proximity to Augsburg but also Munich (about 60 min) invite you to visit the city. The Sissischloß in Unterwittelsbach, Aichach, an old ducal town, is around the corner. A swimming lake, climbing garden in Schernek, excursions to Legoland are just a few possibilities. The house itself has a spacious garden with a pool and barbecue facilities.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The house is surrounded by large old trees and can accommodate up to 9 people. 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed on the ground floor and gallery with 2 single beds and sofa bed on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, guest toilet, dining room, terrace with large garden.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
