The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a free parking space on the road. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In the local dialect "blaekat" means simple and straightforward. Our new apartment building impresses with its simple materials – concrete and wood. This apartement is very spacious and accommodates two people. The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

Bluebird Base close to the slopes of Zilleralarena

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.

The luxurious wooden house is situated very centrally in Zillertal valley, one of the most famous skiing and hiking destinations in the austrian alps. With its 75 m² the house can accommodate up to 6 people. A fully fenced garden, ideal for dogs and families, and a terrace with roof can be used by our guests exclusively.
