For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

Jurtendorf Ding Dong

Liebe Leute, wir haben es geschafft, das erste Jurtendorf in Bayern ist eröffnet - Übernachtet in einer Jurte, die eigentlich drei Einzelne sind. Wir haben sie einfach miteinander verbunden. Somit habt Ihr mit Terasse 100qm. Wir haben in den äußeren Jurten jeweils 4 Betten, somit Platz für 8 Personen. In der mittleren Jurte befindet sich der Aufenthaltsraum der zum chillen einlädt. Kochen könnt ihr entweder direkt am überdachten Feuerplatz oder in der Holzhütte. Dusche und WC im Bauwagen.

The vacation home "Daniel Lechner" is located in a quiet mountain location on the sunny side of the Zillertal. The vacation home is located at about 1050 m above sea level on the Distelberg, so you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding Zillertal Alps. The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

Stoana Apt 3-3

Set in Valle Aurina, the holiday apartment "Stoana 3-3" offers guests a breathtaking view of the Alps. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a TV. A high chair is available, and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. Moreover, there is a wellness area on the premises with a shared sauna and hay beds.

Cosy and quiet mountain flat

The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a carport parking space. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Romantic apartment in the historic center of Vipiteno

The apartment is in the area adjacent to the center and is close to the " Montecavallo" ski resort. In summer there are jogging paths, playground, gym, swimming pool/sauna, tennis court, football pitch, Walking distances: 5 min: Monte Cavallo ski and trekking area with the longest toboggan run in Italy 2 min. Pol Supermarket 5 mins highway 2 minute bus stop 5 min.: Old town with traditional Christmas market, restaurants and shops

Vacation home on the forest path

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.

Bluebird Base close to the slopes of Zilleralarena

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
